So, I did my hair a few days ago & I'm JUST getting a chance to really show it off! I really wish I would've tried to do my hair like this sooner! I absolutely LOVE it! :) This will be my official "side sweep"!
I acheived this style by first doing two, two strand flat twist on the right side of my head. Just to keep the ride side manageable and give it the "swept over" look :) With the rest of the hair, on the left, I jumbo two strand twisted using the following products:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
My Water & Glycerin Mixture
Olive Oil Gel
My hair was so soft and moved freely all throughout the day!! I LOVE IT!
Golden Sea:
Each & everytime I do one of my striking makeup looks, I will give it a memorable name to refer back to; here's my first!
Golden Sea was achieved starting with Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer Potion and NYX's Milk Jumbo Eye Pencil under the brow. I then used Ulta's Stardust on the inner portion & inner canthus of the eyelid to give my eyes, what i'd like to call, "my angelic look." lol I then used MAC's Amber Lights on the outer portion of the eyelid and Ulta's Toast on the upper portion of the eyelid. To finish off the look I using Ulta's Key West underneath the eye. It looked a little messy at first so I used a q-tip with a bit of makeup remover to give it a more sharpened look.
